Your items should arrive 2 - 7 working days after receipt of our dispatch email.

If our carrier is unable to make delivery because nobody is at home when delivery is attempted then the carrier will leave you a card with instructions of how to rearrange a delivery.
If delivery has not been rearranged within 7 days your items with automatically be returned to us. We will need to recharge postage for items returned to us in this way. We will only reship items after contacting you.
To avoid delays delivering your parcel we recommend having your item shipped to your daytime address ( for example, your work address ).We strive to dispatch your orders the day we receive them however during busy periods this may not be possible and orders will then be dispatched the following working day.
We can only accept orders on products that are shown as 'In Stock'.
If you are not completely satisfied with any item purchased from our website you can return it to us in original condition for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
We can only accept returned merchandise that is received in new, unused, original condition and in the original, unmarked, undamaged Spitfire packaging.
Any returned items need to be in a sellable condition.

Please note: exchanges or refunds returned to us without an order number cannot be processed.
The cost of returning an item to us for refund or exchange is your responsibility and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send returns to us with a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods such as Royal Mail's recorded delivery. You will then be able to apply for compensation if the item is lost.
We have to charge for postage and packaging on exchanges. We will always inform you of any charges beforehand in order to gain your permission.
Once we have received returned goods in new, unused, original condition and in the original, unmarked, undamaged Spitfire packaging we will refund the original credit or debit card used for the purchase. The refund will include the value of the returned merchandise excluding the original delivery charge.
HOW TO RETURN:
IMPORTANT RETURNS INFORMATION: Spitfire will not accept returns for items outside of the 30 day returns period. Physical retail store and purchases from other online vendors cannot be accepted at www.spitfire-design.com for exchange or refund.
MISSING or INCORRECT ITEMS: If you have received your order and an item is missing, or the item received is not the item you ordered please email us at email@example.com within 30 days of receipt quoting your name, address, order number and whether you require a refund or replacement and we will advise you how to proceed.
FAULTY ITEMS: If your item is faulty please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receipt quoting your name, address, order number and whether you require a refund or replacement and we will advise you how to proceed.
NON-DELIVERY: If your order is not received within 7 working days of purchase due to non-delivery by our shipper please email us at email@example.com within 30 days after purchase quoting your name, address and order number and we will advise you how to proceed.

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. In order to contract with Spitfire you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. We retains the right to refuse any request made by you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods and the services provided.
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Spitfire, for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made in writing ( includes email ), within 30 days of receipt of the goods to email@example.com. If your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us once you receive it before we will action any refund. Please read the Return or Exchange an item section below.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, complete, and in original condition.
We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge and any return delivery charge) on receipt of the item in a satisfactory, unused condition, or exchange the item if preferred. Our decision will always be final with regard to the condition of items that we have reasonable grounds to believe have been used. If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage.
